ALL CONTESTANTS MUST CHECK IN UPON ARRIVAL 1st DAY ONLY Dress code highly encouraged, but not required.                Entries postmarked after deadline will not be included in draw. Shavings must be purchased at the Expo Center $7.50/bag – You cannot bring your own.
One (1) bag minimum per stall.  We are not responsible for unattended shavings.
If you pre-pay stalls and are going to arrive after 10pm on show day, please call 254-897-4249.  No early calls, please.
Please remember we are not a 24 hour facility – call for prepaid stalls if arriving late. No unstalled horses are to be left on the grounds over night.
To be stalled together, send entry forms in same envelope with a note on each entry form. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but there is still no guarantee that you will be stalled together.
